The healthcare industry faces significant digital transformation challenges. Outdated systems, fragmented communication channels, and complex processes create barriers that prevent patients from receiving timely, accessible care while overwhelming healthcare providers with administrative burdens.
Our Solution Approach:
The main goal of the storage management feature is to empower users and admins to:

From a design perspective, the goal was to:
Make complex storage data understandable and actionable through a clear, intuitive UI.
Fit seamlessly into the Quark Docurated product experience, without adding cognitive load.
Support proactive, self-service storage management that scales with organizational needs.
Research Findings:
Average wait time for appointments: Patients wait 3-4 weeks for non-emergency consultations
Limited access to medical records: 73% of patients struggle to access their health information
Poor communication channels: Fragmented systems lead to miscommunication and delays
